You only have to pay for the final price. For example 2 usd and 25 cents.The final price includes also value added tax and carrier fees.

3. Are the products in Hammey new or used?
All products are new.

4. Do I have to pay carrier fee in case of winning an auction?
No.

5. How to be sure that I was the last bidder?
Logged in users see their bid under "Highest Bidder".

6. What means "24h" interval under the product?
24H shows that product does not close at 24:00 but will be continued until there are bidders.

7. What means "activates: 11:00:00" under the product?
It shows that products time starts ticking at 11am

8. What to do next if I have had the chance to buy a product?
After the end of the auction You will be contacted by e-mail.

Contact with Hammey through e-mail.

Certainty check your junk box in you e-mail account.

No. The auction continues the next day at 10:00.

12. How will I know when the auction is closed?
The auction is over when there are no bidders and a note "sold" appears.

13. Why does not the time run properly?
It may occur that the page does not reload properly. In that case we recommend to refresh page (Ctrl+F5).

14. If I buy 10 credits, do I have to use them on the same day?
No you do not. Credits will not expire.

15. How can I change the time to my time zone?
Click on the time in the upright corner of the page and choose your preferred settings.

16. Why does the system sometimes show double bids? Do I lose double credits?
Sometimes when there are many bidders in the last second, the system may record double bids for user, but no extra credits are lost.
